Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 g drained chickpeas (canned)
- 2 tbs tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 ts cumin powder
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 ts sweet paprika powder
Preparation
1. Peel the garlic and put in the Quick Cut with all ingredients and puree thoroughly by pulling strongly.
2. Put the hummus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Tip
- Hummus is best eaten with fresh flatbread.
