Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 ts salt
Preparation
1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and let rest at room temperature for one hour.
2. Thoroughly knead the dough again, divide into ten pieces and roll out thin on some flour.
3. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
4. Switch to a medium level and place the flatbread inside the pan. Turn over after approx. 2 minutes and roast until done. Continue with the rest of the flatbread in the same way.
Tip
- This Indian flatbread tastes particularly good with curry dishes.
