Ingredients
- 100 g fresh wild garlic
- 50 g pine nuts, toasted
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 150 ml olive oil
- 1/2 ts salt
Preparation
1. Wash wild garlic, dab dry and cut leaves into pieces.
2. Mix pine nuts and parmesan with wild garlic leaves, adding olive oil little by little.
3. Season the pesto with salt and serve with any pasta.
