Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- salt, pepper
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 200 g small, peeled shrimp
- 1 ts fat, oil or butter
- grated horseradish
Preparation
1. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, whisk with a fork. Finely cut the chives and add the shrimp.
2. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
3. Switch to a low level, add fat, and spread it around evenly.
4. Add small portions of the mixture to the pan and cook until it is solidified. Continue with the rest of the mixture in the same way. Serve the omelet with grated horseradish.
