Ingredients
- 1/2 mango (very ripe)
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 1/2 ts salt
- AMC Pepper Trio (or pepper)
Preparation
1. Cut the mango from the stone and coarsely dice.
2. Put it in the Quick Cut and finely blend, add the mayonnaise and crème fraîche and finely puree everything. Season to taste with the spices.
Tip
- The dip tastes very good served with grilled meat and fish, boiled potatoes and flatbread.
