Onion curd

  1. 1 onion
  2. 1 bunch chives
  3. 500 g curd (low fat)
  4. 500 g layered curd
  5. salt, pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)

1. Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the chives into fine rings.

2. Put the curd and layered curd in a bowl. Stir in onions and season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Let marinate for a while, stir in the chives and season again.

Tip

  • Fresh boiled potatoes, bread, or vegetable sticks go best with this.
  • Stir in some milk if the mixture is not creamy enough.
