Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch chives
- 500 g curd (low fat)
- 500 g layered curd
- salt, pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)
Preparation
1. Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the chives into fine rings.
2. Put the curd and layered curd in a bowl. Stir in onions and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Let marinate for a while, stir in the chives and season again.
Tip
- Fresh boiled potatoes, bread, or vegetable sticks go best with this.
- Stir in some milk if the mixture is not creamy enough.
