Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 g flour
- 2 ts sunflower oil
- 1/2 ts salt
- 50 ml water
- flour for processing
- sunflower oil
Filling:
- 100 g white cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 small onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ginger
- 2 ts soy sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
Sauce:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ts chili flakes
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Mix flour with oil, salt and water to prepare a smooth dough, cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.
3. Clean white cabbage and carrots and chop finely in Quick Cut. Clean and finely chop the onion, chilli, garlic and ginger. Pour the onion mix into the HotPan, place on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and roast the onion mix until the onions become glassy. Add cabbage and carrot and roast with it.
5. Season the filling with soy sauce and sugar and allow to cool completely, grease the combi sieve insert.
6. Knead the dough again and roll out thinly on a floured work surface in circles of approx. 10 cm in diameter. Season the filling with salt and add a small amount to the middle of each circle.
7. Take the bag-like dough over the filling and press well together. Place Momos in the combi sieve insert and cover with a wet kitchen paper so that they do not dry.
8. For the sauce, clean and dice the tomatoes, peel and finely dice the garlic, mix with the chilli flakes, sugar and water in the pot.
9. Place the combi sieve insert on the pot and close with EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm.
10. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A", switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the steam symbol appears.
11. At the end of the cooking time, remove the combi sieve insert and keep Momos warm. Flavour the sauce and serve with the momos.
