Ingredients
- 200 g cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 8 stalks dill
- 300 g greek yogurt
- 2 tbs olive oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Wash the cucumber, halve lengthwise, core with a teaspoon and cut into large pieces. Peel the garlic. Finely chop both in the Quick Cut.
2. Add dill tips, yogurt, and olive oil, mix quickly by pulling a few times and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip
- The sauce tastes very good with grilled meat and fish, boiled potatoes and flatbread.
