Ingredients
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 kg chicken gizzards
- 60 ml red wine
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cloves
- 20 g olive oil
- 200 g onions
- 200 g chopped tomatoes (canned)
- 20 g parsley
Preparation
1. Peel and chop the garlic. In a bowl combine gizzards, wine, garlic, salt, bay leaves and cloves mix all together.
2. Peel and finely cut onions, add to the pot together with olive oil. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window.
3. Open lid and stir, add tomatoes and bring back to boil while stirring for 1 minute. Close the lid and cook until the turning point is reached.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and cover with the Secuquick softline and close. Heat on highest level up to the turbo window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the turbo area.
5. At the end of the cooking time, depressurize immediately the pot and remove Secuquick. Chop the parsley and add it. Serve with toasted bread.
Tip
