Ingredients
- 180 g round grain rice or rice pudding
- 200 ml hot water
- 1 L milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
Preparation
1. Soak rice in hot water for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the milk and the drained rice in a pot, place the Secuquick softline on the pot, and close the lid.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 6 minutes in the soft area.
4. After cooking is finished, place the Secuquick in an inverted lid and allow it to depressurize by itself.
5. Remove Secuquick, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and stir thoroughly.
Tip
- Let the rice pudding cool at room temperature, pour into heat-resistant tiny bowls, and then sprinkle with sugar. Place the tiny bowls in the pot and bake with the Navigenio for 3 to 4 minutes on the small level until the sugar melts and browns slightly. Sprinkle cinnamon over the lukewarm rice pudding and serve.
