Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast (approx. 150 g each)
- 2 slices toast
- 6 stalks parsley
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 2 ts lemon zest
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs grated Parmesan
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Remove the chicken breast from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.
2. Quarter the toast slices and finely chop together with the parsley in the Quick Cut.
3. Add the lemon juice and zest, oil and Parmesan, mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Dab the chicken breast dry with paper towel.
4. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, switch to level 2, place the chicken breast in the pot and roast until the turning point is reached.
5. Turn over the meat, switch of Navigenio and let the meat rest for approx. 10 minutes. Season the meat and spread the crust mixture on the chicken breast and then press down a little.
6. Put the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level, gratinate until golden brown, approx. 5 minutes.
