Stuffed flat flatbread XXL

Flatbread:
  1. 200 g pizza dough
  2. 250 g minced meat (beef)
  3. salt
  4. pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)
  5. 1 tbs rosemary, chopped
  6. 4 slices cheese
  7. 2 tomatoes
  8. sugar to taste
  9. 2 stalks basil
Dip:
  1. 1 clove of garlic
  2. 250 g sour cream
  3. 2 tbs chives, cut
  4. salt
  5. pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)
Flatbread:

1. Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet of baking paper and cut out two dough bases using the oval lid. With the help of the oval lid, cut out another piece of baking paper and place the first dough base on top on top of it.

2. Season the minced meat with pepper, salt and rosemary, spread out on the dough base and make sure to leave approx. 1 cm to the edge free.

3. Spread cheese over top. Cut tomatoes in fine slices and also sprinkle over top. Season with a pinch of sugar, place the basil leaves on the tomatoes.

4. Cover everything with the second dough base. Seal the edge well with a fork and pierce holes in the dough with the fork.

5. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and place the flatbread with the baking paper in the pan. Cover with the lid and roast for approx. 4 minutes.

6. Turn over using 2 spatulas and roast again for approx. 4 minutes. Remove the flatbread and let rest briefly. Cut into pieces. Best served immediately.

Dip:

7. Peel and finely cut the garlic, stir with the chives and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
