Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 red bell pepper
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g turkey meat cut into strips
- 300 g long grain rice
- 1/2 ts marjoram
- 500 ml vegetable broth
Preparation
1. Peel onion and chop in Quick Cut.
2. Cut bell peppers and cocktail tomatoes also in Quick Cut.
3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2, add meat and roast vigorously.
4. Add the onions, stir and roast. Add rice, paprika and tomatoes, season with marjoram and deglaze with broth.
5. Close with Secuquick softline and set Navigenio at "A". Enter approx. 8 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm and cook in the turbo area.
6. At the end of cooking time, depressurize Secuquick. Stir rice meat and serve hot.
