Ingredients
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 200 ml orange juice
- 20 ml vodka
- 2 stalks coriander
- 4 stalks parsley
- 50 ml cream
- 1 ts brown sugar
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation
1. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skins, coarsely dice and add to the pot.
2. Heat the pot at on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for about 15 minutes in the vegetable area.
3. Mash the tomatoes, add orange juice and vodka and stir. Coarsely chop the herbs, add to the soup with the cream.
4. Season to taste with sugar, salt and cayenne pepper.
