Ingredients
Pesto:
- 50 g basil leaves
- 50 g rocket
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbs pine nuts, toasted
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- salt, pepper
Hamburger patty:
- 1 onion
- 400 g minced meat (beef)
- 2 tbs breadcrumbs
- 2 ts hot mustard
- salt, pepper
Burger:
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 2 tomatoes
Preparation
Pesto:
1. Peel the garlic, put in the Quick Cut with basil, rocket, pine nuts, olive oil, and Parmesan and finely chop. Season with salt and pepper.
Hamburger patty:
2. Peel and finely cut the onion, knead with the minced meat breadcrumbs, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Create four flat hamburger patties from the mixture.
3. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, place the hamburger patties in it and roast until turning point is reached. Turn over the hamburger patties, switch off the hob, close with the lid, roast for approx. 8 minutes until done.
Burger:
4. Slice the bread roll open; clean the tomatoes and slice them thinly.
5. Slightly toast the bun and spread with pesto. Top with tomatoes and hamburger patties and serve immediately.
