Curry chicken with rice

  1. 800 g chicken breast fillet
  2. 150 g curry paste (+ some paste to taste)
  3. 300 g waxy potatoes
  4. 1 stick lemongrass
  5. 2 cups water
  6. 2 cups white rice
  7. 1/2 ts salt
  8. 100 ml coconut milk

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Cut chicken into pieces and mix with curry paste. Wash and brush the potatoes well and cut into slices.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2, add chicken and roast. Add dripping wet potatoes and lemon grass and stir everything.

5. Mix washed rice, water and salt in Softiera bowl, place in pot on the chicken and close everything with the lid.

6. Set Navigenio at "A". Enter approx. 15 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm and cook in the vegetable area.

7. At the end of the cooking time, remove the Softiera bowl and refine the chicken ragout with coconut milk and season to taste.
