Ingredients
- 400 g chicken
- 12 pieces oyster cooked
- 12 pieces dried shiitake mushrooms
- 250 g sea cucumber
- 5 cloves garlic
- 15 pieces scallops
- 300 g Chinese white cabbage
- 300 g broccoli
- 10 pieces shrimps, grilled
- 100 g fish maw
- 6 pieces abalone
- 300 ml water
- 1 1/2 ts sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbs oyster sauce
- 3 pinches black pepper
- 1 tbs flour

Preparation
1. Chop chicken into chunks.
2. Soak shiitake mushrooms and sea cucumber in water.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and roast garlic until you can smell the fragrance.
5. Add sesame oil, chicken, dried oysters and mushrooms, oyster sauce, black pepper and pour 130 ml of water into pot. Close with Secuquick softline.
6. Place pot on Navigenio and set it to "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 10 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit on Visiotherm and turn it until turbo symbol appears.
7. At the end of cooking time place Secuquick softline into an inverted lid and leave it to depressurise by itself.
8. Add sea cucumber into pot and cover with normal lid. Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time in Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
9. At the end of cooking time, remove lid and pour the diluted flour water into the chicken stew. Stir well and set aside.

10. Arrange all ingredients into Eurasia as follow: First layer - Chinese cabbage. Second layer - chicken stew with sea cucumber, dried oyster, mushroom, scallops, broccoli, prawn and abalone. Pour in all gravy from the pre-cooked stew.
11. Place Eurasia on Navigenio and set it at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
12. At the end of cooking time, switch off Navigenio and it's ready to serve.
