Ingredients
- 150 g butter, softened
- 150 g sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 2 tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 75 ml red wine
- butter for greasing
- breadcrumbs to sprinkle
Preparation
1. Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs.
2. Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cacao and chocolate shavings. Alternate stirring into the batter with red wine.
3. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan (Ø approx. 20 cm) that has been sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Put the springform pan in the pot.
4. Place the pot on the hob and switch to a low level. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to low level, bake for approx. 40 minutes.
5. At the end of the baking time, switch off Navigenio and hob and bake until done for approx. 10 minutes using the residual heat.
