- 50 g ground hazelnuts
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 50 g chocolate cubes
- 2 tbs icing sugar
Preparation
1. Peel apples or pears, remove core, cut into eighths and mix with lemon juice. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy and stir in cream. Mix the remaining ingredients up to and including the chocolate cubes and stir into the dough.
2. Using the 24 cm lid, cut out a circle of baking paper.
3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, place pot in the inverted lid, put baking paper in the pot and spread the dough over it. Place pieces of apple or pear on top and press into the dough.
5. Place the switched off Navigenio on top of the pot and bake for approx. 10 minutes. Then switch to low level and bake for approx. 20 minutes using Audiotherm.
6. Allow the cake to cool briefly and remove from the edge with a knife. Place a plate with baking paper on the pot and turn the cake over with the help of a second plate. Allow the cake to cool completely.
7. Before serving, cover with star stencils as desired and powder with icing sugar.
Tip
- Simply copy the stars with the help of baking paper, cut them out and place them as a template on the chocolate cake - sieve the icing sugar over them and the dreamlike sweet starry sky is ready.
