Ingredients
- 1/2 mango (very ripe)
- 100 g curd
- 1 lime
- AMC Pepper Trio oder Pfeffermix, AMC Pure oder Kräutermix
Preparation
1. Cut mango roughly in cubes.
2. Mix the mango in the Quick Cut. Grate the lime peel, squeeze 1/2 lime and add to the mango together with the curd.
3. Spice, mix again and serve.
Tip
- The dip tastes very good with grilled meat and fish skewers, jacket potatoes and flatbread.
- It is very easy to make a vegan version if you replace the low-fat curd cheese with coconut or soy yogurt.
