Ingredients
- 2 ts oil
- 300 g onions, chopped
- 3 green chillies, slit
- 1/2 ts turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbs coriander leaves, chopped
Preparation
1. Add oil, chopped onions and green chilies in to the Eurasia. Heat the wok on highest level up to the roasting window. Switch to a low level and roast the onions until they turn light brown in color.
2. Add turmeric and salt to taste. Break the eggs into the roasted onions and keep roasting on highest level for approx.5 minutes.
3. Switch off the hob, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
