Ingredients
- 1 light, round bread (diameter of approx. 20 cm)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 twigs rosemary
- 5 tbs olive oil
- 150 g sliced cheese (e.g. Maasdammer or Emmentaler)
- Salt, pepper
Preparation

2. Cut the top of the bread crosswise so that approx. 2 cm squares are formed. It is important that the bread is not cut all the way to the bottom.
3. Clean the garlic and dice very finely. Pluck the rosemary needles and chop them finely. Mix with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Fill the olive oil mixture into the cuts. Cut the cheese into strips and also place them inside the cuts.
5. Put bread in pot and place in the upturned lid. Place Navigenio overhead and set at low level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 20 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake until light Brown.
6. Serve the bread hot immediately.
Tip
- You can also spread a homemade pesto into the cuts.
