Scrambled eggs with shrimps

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 4 tbs carbonated mineral water
  3. salt, pepper
  4. 1 ts butter
  5. 100 g small cooked shrimps (peeled)
  6. 1 tbs chives, finely chopped
  7. 1 ts dill, finley chopped

1. Whisk eggs with mineral water and a little salt and pepper.

2. Heat the pan on highest level until the perfect roasting temperature is reached.

3. Switch to low level, add butter and spread it in the pan.

4. Pour in egg mixture, as soon as the mixture starts to set at the edges, spread shrimp over it and roast everything, stirring, until all the egg mixture has set.

5. Sprinkle with chives and dill and serve immediately.
