Ingredients
For 6 jars (approx. 200 ml each)
- 1000 g ripe peaches
- 2 limes
- 3 kiwi
- 500 g preserving sugar (2:1)
Preparation
1. Thoroughly clean the jam jars and lids and rinse with hot water.
2. Pit, peel and dice the peaches. Squeeze out the lime juice. Peel and finely dice the kiwi.
3. Mix the peaches, lime juice, kiwi and preserving sugar in a pot. Cook on highest level while stirring, switch to a low level. Let boil for approx. 5 minutes while stirring until the mixture begins to gel.
4. Immediately pour the jam into the prepared jars. Seal the jars, turn screw top jars upside down and leave them for approx. 10 minutes.
5. Turn the jars over again and let cool completely.
