Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g ricotta
- 50 g chopped Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Clean the bell pepper and finely chop. Add ricotta and Parmesan and mix everything thoroughly.
2. Season the cream cheese to taste with salt and pepper and best serve immediately.
Tip
- The cheese cream tastes best served on fresh brown or white bread or with crackers.
- Use the Quick Cut to finely chop the bell pepper.
