Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 150 g leek
- 150 g grated mixed cheese
- 75 g cooked ham or cubes of bacon
- 1 egg
- 100 ml cream
- pepper
- cayenne pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 puff pastry (round, ø of approx. 24 cm)
Preparation
1. Peel and finely chop shallot. Clean leek and cut into fine rings. Mix shallot and leek well with cheese, ham or bacon cubes, egg and cream; season well.
2. Cut out a circle of baking paper slightly larger than the bottom of the pastry to make it easier to remove the tart from the pan afterwards.
3. Place the puff pastry base with the baking paper in the pan, then poke it with a fork. Place the pan on the hob on highest level and place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level, prebake for approx. 3 minutes (for induction hobs, only approx.2 minutes).
4. Turn off the heat (for an induction hob, switch to a low level) and spread the filling on the puff pastry base.
5. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, then bake for approx. 3 minutes.
6. Then switch the Navigenio to low level to finish baking, for approx. 5 minutes.
