Ingredients
- 60 g ginger
- 3 limes
- 1/2 green apple
- 20 g spinach
Preparation
1. Peel and coarsely cut the ginger, squeeze out the lime, core and coarsely cut the apple, and blend everything together with spinach.
Tip
- We recommend drinking 4 cl of this ginger shot daily to strengthen the immune system. The shot can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
