Ingredients
- 400 g firm white fish fillet
- 1/2 ts chili powder
- 1/4 ts turmeric
- 1/2 ts milled pepper
- 1/2 ts ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tbs lemon juice
- 2 onions
- lemon slices, onion rings and mint leaves to garnish
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Cut the fish into large cubes. Mix all ingredients from chili powder until lemon juice, mix with fish cubes and marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Peel the onions, cut them into coarse pieces and put them alternately with the fish cubes on four wooden skewers.
4. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, place the pot in the inverted lid and place the fish skewers in it.
6. Place Navigenio overhead and set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 5 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake light brown.
7. Serve skewers with lemon slices, onion rings and mint leaves
