Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 2 peaches
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 100 ml water
- salt, pepper
- curry powder
- 4 boiled bratwurst
Preparation
1. Peel the shallots, finely chop in the Quick Cut and put in the small pot. Pit the peaches, peel off the skin and finely chop the pulp.
2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and roast the shallots. Add peaches, tomato paste and water and season to taste with salt, pepper and curry powder.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the vegetable area.
4. Lightly make multiple slices in the bratwurst along one side. Place the large pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window. Place the bratwurst inside, cut sides facing up. Place the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level and roast for approx. 4 minutes.
5. Switch off the Navigenio and depending on their thickness, let the bratwurst stand for approx. 1-2 minutes. Cut the bratwurst into bite-sized pieces, arrange in bowls with the curry sauce and sprinkle with curry powder to serve.
