Ingredients
- 400 g feta
- 75 g olives stuffed with pimento
- 2 onions
- 6 twigs oregano
- pepper
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- spicy paprika powder
Preparation
1. Cut the feta into wide strips and halve the olives. Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin slices. Remove the oregano leaves.
2. Add the onions to the pot, place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, switch to level 2 and roast briefly the onions.
3. Switch off the Navigenio. Season onions with oregano and pepper. Spread the feta over top. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with paprika powder, sprinkle olives over top.
4. Put the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 8 minutes.
