Ingredients
- 750 g pears
- 250 g risotto rice
- 375 ml water
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 ml coconut milk
- cinnamon
Preparation
1. Wash, quarter, core and dice the pears.
2. Add diced pears, rice and water to the pot and stir.
3. Put on the Secuquick softline and close. Heat the pot at the highest level up to the turbo window, switch to low level and cook for approx. 7 minutes in the turbo area.
4. Cut chocolate into small pieces. At the end of the cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove the Secuquick softline. Stir the chocolate and coconut milk into the rice and allow the chocolate to melt.
5. Sprinkle pear rice with cinnamon to serve.
