Ingredients
- 400 g pizza dough (ready-to-cook or homemade)
- 200 g spicy tomato sauce
- 150 g grated cheese
Preparation
1. Divide pizza dough in approx. 16 portions, roll them out in round shapes with a diameter of approx. 8 cm.
2. Prepare ingredients for the topping (see tip), clean and cut in small pieces.
3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. Smear a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each pizza base.
5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps, place the first four mini pizzas in the pot. Sprinkle with the other prepared ingredients, according to taste, finally sprinkle with some cheese.
6. Place pot in the inverted lid and place Navigenio overhead and set at low/high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 1 minute in the Audiotherm and bake until light brown.
7. Place pot again on the Navigenio and switch to level 6, remove the first batch of pizzas.
8. Thereafter, always placing four pizza bases at a time, place the toppings and bake as described. When placing the toppings, the pot always remains at level 6 on the Navigenio and baking is done with the Navigenio overhead at low level for 1-2 minutes.
Tip
- From this basic recipe, a colourful carousel can be made when you provide the favourite ingredients of the kids as well. Cleaned and finely cutted, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, ham, salami and tuna fish (tined) are especially delicious. You can vary the recipe using cheese according to taste.
- If your pizza dough is already rolled-out, you could cut out the bases easiley by using a Cup.
