Pasta bake with bacon (AMC4me)

  1. 150 g bacon cubes
  2. 250 g pasta of your choise (e.g. fusilli, penne)
  3. 400 ml vegetable broth
  4. 100 g vegetables of your choice (e.g. frozen peas, spinach leaves, broccoli)
  5. 150 ml cream
  6. salt, pepper, herbs
  7. 100 g grated cheese

1. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, switch to level 2 and roast the diced bacon while stirring.

2. Add the pasta, vegetable broth, vegetables and mix. Place Secuquick softline on the pot and close it.

3. Heat the pot on level 6 up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook with time setting “p” in the soft area.

4. At the end of the cooking time, place the pot in the separate inverted lid, leave the pot to depressurize by itself and remove the Secuquick.

5. Stir in the cream, season with salt, pepper and herbs and sprinkle with cheese.

6. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 5 minutes.

Tip

  • You can vary the pasta and vegetables as you wish - but make sure that your selection has roughly the same cooking time.
