Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 1 ts dried savory
- 2 tbs whole-grain mustard
- 250 g farfalle (bowtie noodles)
- 500 g frozen green beans
- 3 tomatoes
- 150 ml cream
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and finely cut onion and garlic. Add both to the pot and stir with vegetable broth, savory and mustard. Add the farfalle and mix.
2. Layer the frozen beans on top. Cover with Secuquick softline and close.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the soft area.
4. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skins and cut into eighths.
5. At the end of cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove Secuquick. Add the cream and tomatoes, season to taste with salt and pepper, and mix carefully.
