Potato gratin

  1. 1 clove of garlic
  2. 1 kg firm potatoes
  3. 200 ml cream
  4. 100 ml vegetable broth
  5. salt, pepper
  6. nutmeg
  7. 50 g grated cheese

1. Peel garlic and potatoes, finely dice garlic and thinly slice potatoes.

2. Add cream, broth and garlic to a pot and season generously with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3. Add the potatoes and spread them around a little, but stop stirring. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close the lid.

4. Place pot on Navigenio, switch Navigenio to "A", cook for approx. 6 minutes in the soft area.

5. At the end of the cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove the Secuquick.

6. Spread the cheese over the potatoes. Place the pot in an inverted lid, place Navigenio Overhead and switch to the large level, then brown for approx. 10 minutes.

Tip

  • Vary the ingredients – replace some of the potatoes with thin slices of carrots, celeriac or leek.
