Dough:
  1. 500 g flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 350 ml water
  4. 1 ts salt
Filling:
  1. 8 onions
  2. 800 g minced meat
  3. 1 tbs salt
  4. 1 tbs ground spicy paprika or AMC Intenso

1. For the dough, knead all the ingredients together well until it produces a smooth dough.

2. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

3. Peel and mince the onions. Mix onions with salt in a bowl.

4. Knead the onions and paprika powder into the ground meat. Divide the dough into four portions and roll it out until thin.

5. Cut the dough into squares (about 10 pieces per dough portion).

6. Place approx. 1 tablespoon of filling on each. Pull dough corners to the middle and press them firmly together over the filling. This creates new corners – press two adjacent ones together. It is easiest to work with slightly damp hands.

7. Remove the handle of the Softiera insert and place them in the pot – this allows more water (approx. 200 ml) between the pot and the bottom of the Softiera.

8. Divide the manti between the Softiera insert and Combi Sieve insert. Place the Softiera insert into the pot and cover it with the Combi Sieve insert.

9. Close with EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 20 minutes in the steam area.
