Ingredients
- 550 g wheat flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 300 ml warm water
- 1 tbs salt
- 300 g sheep's cheese (feta)
- 6 stalks parsley
- 2 ts chili flakes
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Mix all ingredients until the salt, to make a smooth dough.
3. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll out thinly. Chop sheep's cheese, parsley leaves and chilli flakes in the Quick Cut to prepare a filling. Place a bit of the filling on one side of the dough and fold the other side over.
4. Heat up oPan large at highest level/flame until the perfect roasting temperature is reached.
5. Set at medium level/flame and place two filled cheese breads in oPan large.
6. After approx. 2 minutes turn and roast until done. Continue with the rest of the dough.
