Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 ts salt
- 2 ts pizza spice mix
- 5 tbs olive oil
- 175 ml water, lukewarm
Preparation
1. Knead all the ingredients, along with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, into a smooth and silky dough. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm location until the mixture has visibly increased in bulk.
2. Knead the dough again and divide it into 4 parts. On a lightly floured surface, roll these out into strips of about 20 cm in length.
3. Wrap each strip in a spiral around a skewer, pressing the ends in firmly. Cover and rest the dough for another 5 minutes.
4. Brush the skewers with a thin layer of olive oil, making sure to cover the entire surface.
5. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, then switch to a low level, place the pizza skewers inside, cover with the lid and roast on both sides for approx. 10 minutes.
