Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 1 ts salt
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 150 ml lukewarm water
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- dried Italian herbs (or AMC Rustico)
Preparation
1. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Crumble in the yeast, add the sugar, water, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp herbs and knead everything into a smooth dough.
2. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm location until it has visibly increased in bulk.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic, mix with the remaining olive oil and season with a little salt and dried herbs.
4. Roll out the dough to approx. 22 cm Ø.
5. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window. Place the dough in the pot and brush with the garlic oil. Place the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to low level and bake for approx. 10 minutes.
