Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 2 red bell pepper
- 500 g mixed goulash
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 2 ts sweet paprika
- 1 ts spicy paprika
- salt
- ground caraway
- as desired sauce thickener
Preparation

2. Peel and chop the onions, clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Cut the goulash into small cubes.
3. Place the pot on the hob and switch it to the highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, add the meat to the pot (do not reduce) and turn it after a short moment.
5. Add onions, vegetables, tomato paste and both paprika powder. Season with salt, pepper and caraway. Seal pot with Secuquick softline.
6. Switch the hob to the highest level, heat the pot up to the first turbo window, reduce to the lowest level and finish cooking for approx. 12 minutes using the Audiotherm.
7. At the end of cooking time, place Secuquick in the inverted lid and let it depressurise itself.
8. Remove Secuquick, stir well, bind lightly with sauce thickener and season to taste.
