Roast chicken with potatoes and corn

  1. 1 chicken (approx. 1 kg)
  2. 300 g small, new potatoes
  3. 2 corn cobs (precooked, vacuum-sealed)
  4. paprika powder or AMC Intenso
  5. salt, pepper

1. Halve the chicken, rub all sides with seasoning and marinate for approx. 2 hours.

2. Wash the potatoes. Cut the corn cobs into three pieces each.

3. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a medium level, place the chicken in the center of the pan with the skin side facing down and roast until the turning point is reached.

4. Turn over the chicken, add the potatoes and corn and close with the lid.

5. Cook for approx. 20 minutes on a low level in the vegetable area. Season the potatoes and the corn and serve together with the chicken.
