Ingredients
- 3 tbs oil
- 3 tbs honey
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- salt
- 2 twigs tarragon
- 8 chicken wings
- pepper
- 1 orange
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Squeeze orange, mix juice with oil, honey, soy sauce and about 1/2 teaspoon salt. Pluck tarragon leaves, chop finely and add to the marinade with chicken wings. Cover and marinate for about 2 hours.
3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. Let the wings drip off a little. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, switch off Navigenio and put the wings in with the skin side up.
5. Put on the lid and roast until the turning point at 90 °C has been reached using the Audiotherm.
6. Place pot into the inverted lid and place Navigenio overhead. Set at low level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, depending on the size of the wings, enter approx. 20 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake until crispy brown.
7. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip
- If you prefer a sharper marinade, chicken wings with chili marinade are highly recommended. Mix 2 tbsp. liquid honey, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. sweet paprika powder, 4 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 tsp. sambal oelek. Pluck the leaves from a sprig of thyme, chop finely and stir in. The preparation remains the same as described.
