Zucchini pizzette

  1. 1 zucchini
  2. pizza spice mix
  3. salt, pepper
  4. 150 ml white wine
  5. 2 twigs oregano
  6. 3 tbs tomato paste
  7. 2 tbs olive oil
  8. 150 g mozzarella

1. Clean the zucchini and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices.

2. Season slices with pizza spice mix, salt, and pepper and put in the Softiera insert.

3. Pour 150 ml wine into the pot and place the Softiera insert inside it. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring, place the pot on the Navigenio, heat on level 6 up to the steam window, switch to level 2, and cook zucchini for approx. 5 minutes in the steam area.

4. Finely chop the oregano leaves. Mix the tomato paste with the olive oil.

5. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, brush the zucchini slices with the tomato paste marinade, and sprinkle chopped oregano over top. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over top.

6. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to the large level, gratinate for approx. 3 minutes.
