Stuffed French toast

  1. 6 tbs chocolate cream
  2. 1 banana
  3. 12 slices toast
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 40 ml milk

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Spread the chocolate cream on half of the toast slices. Peel the banana, cut into slices and spread over the toasts. Cover with the remaining toast slices.

3. Whisk eggs and milk together. Turn the toasts in the egg milk.

4. Heat up oPan large at highest level until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

5. Reduce to medium level and place 3 toasts in oPan large. As soon as they can be loosened, turn and roast from the other side.

6. Continue to give toasts in oPan large and roast from both sides.

7. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before serving.

Tip

  • How to make your toasts unique! Refine your French toast with the filling of your choice, cover it with another slice of toast, turn it over in egg milk and prepare your French toast according to the basic recipe from above. Sweet variations - strawberry slices, banana slices or thin mango slices - apricot jam, chocolate cream or peanut butter - chocolate chips or peanuts Savoury variants - With Gouda, Mozzarella or Gorgonzola - Ham, salami or tuna fish (canned) - tomato, onion rings or herbs, e.g. oregano, thyme
