Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 courgette
- 1 cabbage turnip
- 30 g butter
- 2 spring onions
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Peel vegetables until cabbage turnip and twist to spaghetti with the spiral cutter or cut into thin strips with a peeler.
3. Pour the vegetable spaghetti or strips dripping wet into Oval Griddle. Spread butter in flakes on top.
4. Place Oval Griddle on Navigenio and set it at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 3 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
5. At the end of the cooking time, clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings and sprinkle over to serve.
Tip
- It goes very well with short roasted or grilled meat or a steamed fish.
