- 4 tbs coarse oats
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbs dried cranberries
- 2 tbs cashew nuts
- 2 tbs sesame
- 2 tbs liquid honey
- 250 g fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
Preparation
1. Put the oats and cranberries in a bowl. Mix with milk and yogurt and let soak for approx. 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chop the cashews in the Quick Cut and mix with the sesame and honey.
3. Clean and sort the berries.
4. Mix the muesli again, spread the nut and sesame mixture over top and arrange the berries on top.
Tip
- Whether dried cranberries, cherries, pineapples, apple rings, bananas, apricots or plums, you can change things up based on your mood. Even in winter, when the selection of fresh fruit is rather small, you have a delicious and fruity variety.
