Ingredients
- 4 tbs fine oat flakes
- 4 tbs rough oat flakes
- 2 tbs dried cranberries
- 150 ml milk (1,5 % fat)
- 150 g yoghurt (1,5 % fat)
- 2 tbs cashew nuts
- 2 tbs sesame
- 2 tbs liquid honey
- 250 g fresh berries (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, rasberries)
Preparation
1. Put oatmeal and cranberries in a bowl. Mix with milk and yoghurt and let soak for about 30 minutes.
2. In the meantime chop chashew nuts with Quick Cut and mix with sesame and honey.
3. Clean berries and quarter.
4. Stir oatmeal again, sprinkle with crunchy nut mix and garnish with berries.
Tip
- Whether dried cranberries, cherries, pineapples, apple rings, bananas, apricots or plums. Here you can vary as you like it. Even in winter, when the offer of fresh fruit is rather small, you have a delicious and fruity variety.
- This dish is also great to take away. Simply fill it into the AMC lunchbox and pack it in your schoolbag.
