Ingredients
Flatbread:
- 550 g flour
- 3 ts baking powder
- 300 ml water
- 1 tbs salt
Filling:
- 2 slices boiled ham
- 30 g rocket
- 4 slices hard cheese (e.g. Cheddar, Gruyère)
Preparation
1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough, divide into eight portions and roll out thin.
2. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
3. Switch to a medium level and place the flatbread inside the pan. Turn over after approx. 2 minutes and bake until done. Continue cooking the rest of the flatbread.
4. Dice the ham, clean the rocket. Top one flatbread with cheese, ham and rocket and cover with a second flatbread, roast for another 2 minutes on each side. Halve or quarter and serve warm.
