  1. 1 lime
  2. 200 g wheat flour
  3. 2 ts baking powder
  4. 6 tbs sugar
  5. 500 ml buttermilk
  6. 2 tbs oil
  7. 4 chicken egg
Cream:
  1. 400 g curd
  2. 250 g mascarpone
  3. 50 g powdered sugar
  4. fresh fruits, e.g. berries, mango

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Grate lime peel and mix with all ingredients including and up to the eggs to make the batter. Let it rest for approx. 30 minutes. Squeeze Juice.

3. Heat up oPan large at highest level/flame until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

4. Reduce to medium level/flame, add one portion of the batter to the oPan large and spread it uniformly by swirling the oPan large.

5. As soon as the batter sets, flip and cook until done. Proceed with the remaining batter.

6. For the cream mix curd, Mascarpone, powdered sugar and about 2 tbsp. lime juice to a creamy mass.

7. Spread every pancake with the mass and stack each on top of the other. Serve garnished with the remaining mass and some fresh fruits.
