  1. 500 g beef
  2. 300 g pork ribs
  3. 370 g pork meat (goulash)
  4. 190 g turnip
  5. 230 g potatoes (sweet)
  6. 200 g carrots
  7. 400 g chicken breast
  8. 400 g savoy cabbage
  9. 120 g chorizo
  10. 1 farinheira
  11. 1 1/2 ts salt

1. Prepare first the ingredients, by cutting the beef in cubes, pork ribs and meat in pieces. Turnip cut in quarter, sweet potato peeled and sliced, carrots peeled and cut lengthwise. Chicken breasts cut in pieces. Cabbage in quarter and stem removed.

2. Place all ingredientes well compact inside the pot in the following order. First the beef and pork meats, then the turnip, sweet potato and carrots. Chicken breasts and the cabbage on top, ending with the sausages.

3. Season with salt. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close. Heat on the highest level up to the turbo window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 14 minutes in the turbo area.

4. At the end of the cooking time, place the pot on inverted lid and allow to depressurize by itself. Open Secuquick, place the meats and vegetables on a wide platter and serve warm.

Tip

  • Use the leftover broth in the pot to cook the rice. Use the right ratio of broth to the type of rice long grain 1:2 or according to the package.
